Why do you give so much of your profit to charity? How can you afford it?
Because we work from home, we don't have to pay rent for office space or fork out for materials. We don't need any equipment other than our computers, and they were bought prior to setting up the company - with our own personal money. There's nothing that we're paying for, so we just thought we might as well!
What makes you so special?
All sorts! First of all, we're not after your money. Second of all, we've got more ideas that you've had hot dinners! Third of all, we genuinely want to help you! And lastly, we're probably just about the only web and graphic design company named after a dog!
Why don't you have a phone line? - I want to speak to someone!
It would be a bit difficult to manage between the two of us, and it would mean that we'd have money going out, so we'd be forced to hoik up our prices. Trust us, E-mail is better all round.
I'm embarking on a new web project and I'd love some help & an artistic eye. Would you be willing to help?
Yes! We're always looking for new experiences, especially with e-commerce & MySQL-based websites. Just contact us and we can chat about the possibilities.
Do you do SEO?
Yes, all our designs are Search-Engine-Optimised. Sorry, but we don't offer SEO as a service for existing sites.
How long will it take?
Full websites take about 2 or 3 weeks, sometimes more, sometimes less. It really depends on the type of project and the size of the site. Graphical works also vary, but are usually finished within 2 weeks. If you have a certain timescale you need to keep to, then we'll do our best to fit round it.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes! There's a 50% discount for registered charities and a 10% discount for schools, clubs and universities.
I'm bloomin' useless at computers, Is it possible for you to do everything?
Course it is! We can design, code and write the pages for your website, you can just sit back and relax. We don't recommend fiddling with the site's content if you're not experienced with the code. If you are confident with the various web languages, then we can step back and let you sort it. We're flexible, we are.
Do you really write all your websites from scratch?
Yep! We believe that using templates is cheating you out of your hard-earned cash. Everything we make is unique and hand-crafted.
I downloaded a free web template, but now I'm stuck. What do I do?
Drop us a line! If you're really stuck, then it's best not to get too frustrated. We can help you out for free, no worries.
